I participated once at Snoosweek when I worked at Reddit.
Snoosweek is a biannual hack-a-thon for one week where everyone from any teams at Reddit can work on something new.
Temporary new team is created and they will spend 3 days to do the project, one day to finalize the slide or videos and the last day is where all projects are presented.
I was not supposed to participate but for this project, they required specific skills so I jumped into this project.
It was in my top 2 best projects that I worked on at Reddit.
One thing I liked was in the morning, we got a quick sync meeting where the team talked about their update and what they will do (very similar to a daily scrum meeting but more efficient).
After, we got another very quick meeting but just with tech persons. 2-3 devs talked in a gibberish style.

We won the Moonshot award where it was "Out of the box thinking".
It was my first enamel pin and I got another one for my one year anniversary working there.
Meanwhile, I began to collect enamel pins. Mostly about movies and games or some places that I visited.
I used my Oculus box first but it didn't take that long that I needed to buy something bigger.
So I bought a storage holder (holds up to 170 Pins).
Most of the pins are from Etsy, some from AliExpress and Amazon or dedicated websites or stores.
Usually, when you buy multiple pins inside the same purchase, they will send you some in extra (e.g. buy 3, get 2 free).
That explains why I got some pins not related to me (e.g. cat smoking, flower).
