Dir Sum is an application to display your files and folders differently with some stats.
My goal was to identify quickly the biggest chunks of some folders/packages/assets
inside games or applications. To get a big picture!
The main menu contains 3 parsing models: File Explorer, Tree Size, File Extension.
File Explorer
Graphically displays folder structure that you choose.
Use the mouse to pan and zoom. If you click on a file, it will open Windows Explorer with the file that you selected. Each node displays his total size.
Tree Size
Similar to File Explore except it will display folders/files in a descending size order. Useful to identify folders and files size usage.
Tree Extension
This menu classifies files in extension order (e.g .txt, .jpg, .html) with a treemap, bar charts and table. Useful to identify extensions size usage (e.g all images, sounds, videos).
